Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
You may send us an email at privacy@getthegoodword.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request if we believe the change would violate law, make the information incorrect, compromise security, or interfere with legitimate records we are required or permitted to keep.
Your State Privacy Rights
State consumer privacy laws may provide residents with additional rights regarding personal information, which may include rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify account-linked Application data as described above, subject to limited retention for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No internet or mobile transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or through the Application.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
